Cooperation among organisations and institutions
In November of 2024, we traveled to meet our partners in Romania as part of our ongoing commitment to youth empowerment and social innovation.
This meeting is a key milestone in our long-term project named Inclusive Entrepreneurship, funded by the European Union – aimed at promoting inclusive entrepreneurship opportunities across Europe.
Project number: 2023-3-EL02-KA210-YOU-000184578
Meeting Objectives

The main goal of the meeting was the creation of a practical, accessible guide that empowers young people—especially those who are deaf or hard of hearing—to start their own social enterprises. Our meetings were focused on creating a guide that has the following qualities:
- Simplified vocabulary
- Offering clear, actionable steps
- Tailoring information to the needs of deaf and hard of hearing individuals
It was a productive meeting where representatives from the participating organizations, Epomeni Stasi & Asociatia Umanista Romana, came together to share knowledge and experiences, exchange creative ideas and best practices, and collaboratively develop content for the upcoming guide.
The days were full of workshops, brainstorming sessions, and peer-to-peer learning that resulted in a dynamic environment where everyone contributed meaningfully.

We learned a lot by each other, we talked about future initiatives and the content we are developing will serve as a valuable resource for young people across Europe who are seeking alternative employment paths and exploring entrepreneurship as a tool for personal and community growth. More specificaly, it will:
- Break down complex business concepts into accessible language
- Encourage inclusive innovation
- Inspire young people to see opportunity where others see barriers
Our trip in Romania was a great example of the power of international collaboration and we are focused on building together a future where entrepreneurship is accessible to all.
